KARDENT’s expert interior design architects partnered with the Specialty Coffee Association of America, a respected non-profit organization in the specialty coffee industry, to transform their Orange County Corporate Offices and Coffee Bar through a comprehensive interior remodel.

The project scope for the 5,500 sq ft space encompassed a range of services, including:

• Construction Administration and Architectural Services: Providing expert guidance and oversight throughout the construction process, ensuring that the project was completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• MEP Coordination: Working closely with a Design-Build Contractor to coordinate the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring that all components were properly integrated and functioning together seamlessly.
• FF&E Design: Playing a key role in the development of the furniture, fixture, and finish design, working closely with the design team to create a cohesive and functional space that met the client’s needs and exceeded their expectations.
