The project scope was a complete interior remodel of the suite within an existing office building for Kilroy Realty Corporation. From start to finish, the team worked on interior demolition, with the removal of an existing acoustical ceiling to provide a higher more open ceiling design, all new equipment coordination with a consultant, a custom reception desk, wall and floor finishes, custom graphics, and mechanical and electrical work. We also made amenity upgrades to the men’s and women’s locker rooms to include the shower areas, restrooms and vanity areas.
