The project scope included an interior tenant improvement build out with complete demolition of interiors. KARDENT provided space planning, interior design, FFE specifications and bidding, construction documents, MEP engineering coordination, permit processing and construction administration. The team also made base building improvements of common areas such as building façade upgrades at the entry, lobby, hallways and restrooms.
