The project scope includes complete conversion of warehouse space into an office. Services include complete interior design and architectural services with MEP design-build coordination with client’s contractor. Space includes new private and open office space with collaboration areas, Break Area with custom millwork, exposed and acoustical ceilings, lighting design, concrete floors with carpet inset to help with acoustics and well-designed branded custom wall finishes. Furniture and Fixtures selected, and purchasing coordination by Kardent.
